So I thought this was funny. There's a bit of an uproar over the changes this version made from Dan/Ae's version and someone clapped back and posted the summary of the original story and this version is a lot closer to the original story than Dan/Ae's. By the way Dan/Ae wasn't the first version of the story. There's been a movie and lakorn before that.

In the OG story, Luang Raj IS a good guy who only loves n'ek. They did change the n'eks name-her real name is Hong which makes sense with the title. And p'ek is also a flute player. He's sent by his dad to Jang Wang Puang for more lessons but he had n'ek teach p'ek instead and that's how they met and fell in love. In the OG story, he broke his promise to her because the prince gifted him a woman and he can't say no to the prince.

About the ratings, I knew this wasn't a popular genre. And with this version's emphasis on the music and band culture, it's not really relatable to modern kids. Gotta admit, I ff the dad parts too lol. Just here for the love story and actors.

Got Phet?! ❤
i just finished ep 1 with the eng subs and now i see why he is so serious. I feel bad for Pikul though. He seems a bit too mean to me. I know he means well but he just keeps making her so sad. he got so upset and angry when she broke her flute, i can only imagine how psycho he will become when he finds out Pikul slept with Yot out of wedlock lol.

Omg ya'll after watching with eng subs, the episode got even better! Greats lines in his scenes with Bella were sooooo cheesy but i loved it! His character is so smooth lol I can see why Bella will fall for him soon, I would fall under his spell as well. "Now my breath is in you" Ahhhh willing|

My heart can't handle how handsome Great looks in here!:love::love: I want his breath in me too!

Please enlighten me y'all. In the beginning of episode 1 when the father was arguing with Luang Prasak, and then he proceeded to tell his band to play the "Nang Hong" song, what was offensive about that song? Was it a death song? I feel like its related to the drama since it's part of the drama's title.

Me too. I'm so used to binge-watching now, that I don't think I have the patience for airing stuff anymore. Haha.

i haven't watched nor seen this scene yet, but based off of my research when i was watching dan and ae's, sing played the nang hong song and it's pretty much like a song to call out ghosts. kinda like a pied piper kinda thing?

i'm not sure if that's correct though.

okay i can def see why the 2nd episode got lower ratings than the 1st episode. It wasnt as interesting ad the 1st episode. It was mostly just about the musical aspect again and them moving into Greats house because Greats father sponsered Bellas band. Oh and Bella found out Great is of high status. Next episode will be more interesting most likely. I can already sense that Greats mother is gonna cause lots of trouble for Bella lol and Kao will too. So far she did very well!

Its cute how Prima has such a big crush on Alex and makes it so obvious to him but he like ignores her cause he likes Bella. I already know i will feel super bad for these 2 :sad6:

Kinda? Not sure what the song is but I think the "Nang Hong" in this case refers to hong=ghost. It's hard to hear the difference between hong as in ghost vs hong=swan. It's a one letter difference. Like in Cee/Preaw's lakorn Wang Nang Hong means ghost vs this one is swan. A common phrase is "Pee tai hong" which usually refers to a vengeful ghost because they died in a violent way. Maybe it's a play on words w/the title? Not sure.
