Ok, after you finish recording, you will click on "file" on the top right, save the file, and then go to "file" again to convert to mp3 ("export as mp3"). The first time you convert it to MP3, its gonna ask you to find the file "LAME.DLL". Heres where you find it:

C:/PROGRAMFILES/LAME

After you've got everything recorded and converted, upload it to a host site.

To upload your file to a site, you CAN use imeem...but you don't have to. Go here if you want to:
