I think it's safe to guess that Wu zun don't want to live in the mansion. He wants to be independent. Hence why he have all these information about renting and finding a job. I think her grandfather wanted him to marry angela. Ahaha calvin is giving her ideas too...I guess no ones wants to be the successor.
