I've already included the KeyGen...just download it and use WinRar to extract the file...

Once that is done, open the folder and you'll see the prog and KeyGen folder.

I've used it and it works fine...

What is the file extension on the file and what are you trying to convert it to?

Did you enter your registration key?

Many, I have tried it again just now and it works...

Maybe, your comp needs to install some other things that the prog needs to perform the task...such as plug ins and etc?

It will tell you if your comp lacks it...

Did anything pop up?

Hmmm... I must be doing something wrong, after I install, and get the keygen thing and generate a name and code-- am I still supposed to get the message that "i'm using an unregistered version?" Am I using the keygen correctly?

Also, can someone help me understand why my files don't seem to be converting? I first added them as files, then click "convert." Nothing seems to happen and the progress bar reads "0% Converting..." even after about 30 minutes.

Some programs requires you to restart your comp or prog again for immediate effect.

As for the RM Converter that you've just downloaded :

This one is a bit weird, it'll say 0 % converted on the bar, but if you go to where the "output folder" is...

You'll see that it's converting because the output file is there.

Use this one if you're having trouble with that one.

Here's Boilsoft RM Converter (Reg. Infos are included) : http://www.sendspace.com/file/olc24t

From personal experience, Boilsoft RM Con. works faster too and you'll see the conversion percentage bar moving :D
