My personal favorite type of storyline in a lakorn or drama is definitely ones that have to do with arranged/marriages and engagements! I will never get tired of this trope! It’s always fun to see how the main pranang slowly fall in love with each other and how male leads gets jealous when the female lead starts getting closer to the second male lead. My favorite lakorns that have to do with this type of storyline are Padiwarada and Matupoom Haeng Huajai! I’m super excited to see Mark and Mew in their lakorn together since that lakorn features this trope! Plus they make a gorgeous pair <3

Yes yes yes! I love slap and kiss lakorns! When it’s an arranged marriage/ slap and kiss lakorn, it’s the best combination lol We need some new good slap and kiss lakorns :( the only super good one we had this year was Game Sanaeha. I want a really raeng one soon

I'm waiting for Nakark Kaew to air cause the teaser looks good and Tra Barp See Chompoo, ch3 evening lakorns had some preetty good lakorns airing this year... And I'm really looking forward for Kao Waan Hai Nou Bpen Sai Larb with Great and Kao next year though. And Chip and Puen pairing up again. I'm also waiting for broken 2, Ja and Alek T. There so many i want to see but they havent aired, i don't even remember the titles anymore.

I have a pefer genre ....romantic comedy but I feel like when a lakorn clicka it clicks because my fav. Lakorns and their genre is all over the place.

I like a good bantering between pra'nang. I like the best friends who found love or pra'nang having a bond...

The core of it all. I'm a hopeless romantic and the lakorn needs to give me the good feeling/butterflies

I need a strong and Firm pk.

I've rewatched kdrama fight for my way at least 10 x within the year.

This serie has sooo much heart! It's about best kind of love and friendships. Then it makes my heart goes kong... kong..Kong and lol and cry

Lakorns I constantly rewatching (naming a few)

    Dao put sooo

    Said lo hit

That lakorn w/bee, charkit and Fang

Omg you mentioning charkit made me remember a old drama of him amd bee namthip but i dont remember the title though.

    Its Wimarn Sai.
Another fav drama of mine is Kom Ruk Kom Sanae Ha, Rodmay and Wan.

The lakorn with Chakrit, Fang, and Bee is called Seang Soon. I love that lakorn! It was supposed to be Marsha but she dropped it because she didnt want rumors with Chakrit since she was dating Krit at the time . Anyways, I heard they're going to remake it.

I too love a good arranged/force marriage lakorns, one of my fav is the old Mia Teng with Ning K and Nok C. Also love love Padiwarada, Prasaad Meud, old Wanida, Tam Hua Jai, old Roy Marn,

I also like the fake marriage ones: Jao Sao Kaang Tanoon with Ning K and Patson (@phatman fav man lol).

Slap kisses are good too, the aggressive ones that is. Most of my favs are the old ones cus the new ones are a bit mellow. Jao Sao Prissana, old Sawan Bieng with Kob Brook, Jum Luey Rak, Rak Sean Kaen, and so on.

I watched way too many lakorns:facepalm:

I feel like it’s been forever ages since I’ve seen a super good intense lakorn. :( I’m sooooo ready for a super intense filled angsty lakorn with pure jealousy between pra’nang and second lead snatching some 2nd male lead syndrome from me LOL :celebrate16::risas3::facepalm:

Yes, I’m excited for MHIL but it would be a bonus if Anne throws in some jealousy in there. Wanna see angsty 55555:risas3::thumbup:

I can’t think of anything angsty but I swear the last time I saw something super crazy angsty was NRLJ. That lakorn you feel angsty!!!! Like COME ON!!! Bring it on!:risas3::cheer:

So bottom line, I don’t have anything memorable anymore..someone mentioned DPS but gosh~~ Kob was kind of annoying sometimes lol but that lakorn was a true classic angsty lakorn. You don’t see anything around that feel anymore :(

I really dig the bff or brother/sister super tight closeness story deal. Those hit home so much. They usually make me feel so good bc it's usually those story lines like we have each other's back no matter what happens. Hence probably why I love the SJ series so much, 4HJHKK, and Sixth Sense. That's when you know even if the story line is kind of plain, the love/bond between them all brings it back together. It's probably also more relatable or even in a sense where I'm not that close with my siblings I still feel good bc it's just so genuine and sweet.

Otherwise, I can be a hopeless romantic myself lol so I usually dig some of those cheesy plots. Definitely a sucker for arranged marriages and bickering couple who supposedly hate each other haha. Also, if that P'ek knows his sweet words, I'm sold! Lol. I'm so weak when it comes to those sweet words and gestures in the Lakorns. I feel like in real life it might be awkward for me, but the man on screen makes it work haha. Oh yeah! ROM-COM is definitely a plus too. I just like more light hearted plots that have minimal drama. Not some over the top wth is going on drama. That is too much to deal with.

I love a good old fashioned revenge slap and kiss lakorn. Fake marriage or marriage of convenience is also great when utilized properly. And lakorns that follow the life of n'ek maturing from adolescence to adulthood.

Makes me miss A team so much, especially with Aff being in the news lately. I’m going to rewatch it now! There was not much romance, but definitely love the focus on family issues.

One storyline that I really loved was Badarn Jai. It was interesting to see Aums character who was not doing good mentally because of his previous girlfriend that committed suicide slowly get better and fall in love Margie’s character without realizing that he did. It got messy at the end but I would love to see a remake! It was a good combo of everything: arranged marriage, slap and kiss, comedy, drama! I would love to see Taew as the female lead and Great as the male lead in a remake.

I agree. It’s the only Margie lakorn that I like! The first time I started watching it, I dropped it at the first episode because I realized Margie was the female lead but then I went back and watched it and fell in love with the lakorn. I would like to see a storyline similar to this soon but without all of the stupid craziness at the end. I for sure want our boy Great in something like this with Taew as well. I want her to play a cheerful girl soon. She’s been playing too many dramatic roles lately so I want a cute and bright taew soon lol

That was Margie’s best lakorn. I like her lakorn with Boy & Bella too. All her lakorns after that suck.
