Birthday Ideas...?

For a boy who's turning twenty & he's my boyfriend. =)
We've been doing a lot of thinking but we have yet to
find something that'll be fun enough to do. =( LOL.

Help me brainstorm some ideas please!

*And please, no perverted/rated-R ideas please;
he's already tried asking that and I said no. I'm too
young. LOL. But, fun ideas are welcome! Nothing pricey
or anything regarding alcohol. We just want to spend
time together with each other. =)

Who lives in NC?! What do yall do for fun?!

Go out and have a nice dinner and then go to one of those place that they have games and bowling. Here in TX..or where I lived the "Main Event" is fun. Hmmm...I forgot what they call it...but there is a game there that your team goes up against another team and you start shooting them for points. That is fun and inexpensive.

I don't really know much...I didn't celebrate my 20th birthday but on my 21st, my husband took me to the casino. LOL. Yeah, I couldn't wait to be 21...

- He loves bowling but I don't bowl. =( Plus, it'll be boring without a lot of people.
- We go to the movies too much; my mom even complained, "Why do you always go to the movies?"
- I brought up a picnic, but we want to do something exciting, not relaxing...?
- My mom would kill me before I go with him to the beach. =x
- I don't really want him to pay for dinner; but we got eating plans already! =D
- We'll be together so that counts as hanging out...? LOL. Dunno.
