Does anybody in here know how to make wall paper? Please let me know what kinda program do you guys use to make some nice ones.

Photoshop Cs2 or Cs3, Jasc Paintshop Pro, Corel Paintshop Pro, Ugh there is this other one but forgot the name let me check real fast I think Adobe Creative suite... i have it just haven't used used it;

One thing I forgot to ask. Are these free or do I need to pay for these programs? If there is free ones, please let me know.

There are a few free programs you can use

Gimp and Paint.net (Some people say it's just like photoshop)
but you can get a copy of photoshop here at sarNworld ^__ ^
