There's must be something good about him, that's why GOD let him stay alive. We're should be proud of him. Without Gerenal Vang Pao, we wouldn't be here in the USA nor in this forum. This is to prove that he's honest and faithfull to his Hmong people not like other that betray. AS what I heard from the past like back in Laos, when he was mean and stuffs like that (Others that dont like him trying to kill him many times, but GOD helped him alive). But as an army General you got to do what you have to do. Being heartsoft will get you into trouble and killed. Being a General army they don't really care what you are, they have to do their job as to what they know and believe. If anyone of you being the army, you will know how hard you been through......
I don't see why we have to vote for a different beside General Vang Pao. Do any of you see who's best fit to lead our people in the future???? To me, I don't see anyone beside him. You might probably thinking of those PHD people, but those are education to their own life not to lead people like Vang Pao.
Are any of the PHD people who are higher education ever treat anyone FREE OF CHARGE, paid NO fee???? I don't think so, they have their living life to support nothing is FREE in this country. How can anyone be a leader in the group when they aren't get anything FREE????? Even though it's their relative, cousins, uncle, grandparent, etc. they will not get it's FREE. I'm not as smart as you guys or trying to be one of them, but being a leader you have to earn from its not just say i'm a leader and act like one. (heehehe...those are call Dr.Thoos)
I don't know how someone come up an idea about vote different leader beside General Vang Pao. To me, I was wonder who will lead us Hmong people after General Vang Pao's death (hope he will stay with us for next century). As my thought, I think most of the key leader will not get along well and they probably try to make their own leader or own clan probably going to be a little war fighting for leader.
These days, things aren't going right for some leaders which they don't like the way General Vang Pao's idea. Each of the key leader thought they are smarter than General Vang Pao, so they made their own clan. But at the end, it's got to be General Vang Pao to solved the problem (example...just like each of the last name, there will be someone lead that group if anything happen to the group, the leader of the group has to present to solve the problem because that's the person people know or heard) because he was our Hmong leader as the world know. He's not being a leader by himself, it's what the French and Laos gave him his name General. That's what he's achieved to be a General and it's not like President like George Bush. However, in our Hmong group, everyone know him as the leader or the president of our people as to some of the people.
I don't hate or dislike any of the key leaders nor General Vang Pao. I only say from what I heard and learned from history. No body know what will happen after General's death, proably have to be GOD's decision on who's going to be the leader to lead our people to the next century!!!! Whoever, I hope he's a great leader and will lead our Hmong people to peace not war!
