posting movie clip in forum thread

Hi there... Does anyone know how i can post like a movie in my thread. Like you know when you enter the thread there movie clip plays.... I wanna add then Huan Zhu Ge Ge clip theme play in my thread. Like the html and or where i can make it play in my post Thanks in advance to any help! ^_^

I was looking for he vdo. But i decided to use putfile and click on link to view instead... ^_^
