no,it doesnt ask me for any serial when i re open nero again.
Just normal.I add file,but when i click on BURN that sign show up and i have to EXIT.
Cant use.

I've tried many files and they are all the same.
Tried deleted nero8 and reinstalled againlike six times already for many days.
today i uninstall and reinstall again / put in series and got this
when tried to burn

My question to you is. Why can't you just ignore the warning? either just hit cancel or just move the window out of the way. The thing should encode anyway and burn.

I did ignored.
hit cancel and move the window out ,but it still wont work.
In the beginning it work for a week when i ignored those sign.
Afterward,they refused to work.
wont burn/etc then later exit out on its own.

Try again but disconnect from the internet while you do it. See what happens whether the error will appear or it won't encode or both.

im having problems with the serial number. I used the keygen to generate the serial number but then it keeps on telling me that an incorrect serial number was entered, carefully enter your serial number agian.
