need help with codec for video?

What is the format of the series?
Sometimes the person uses the newest version of video and audio codecs to compress the video in which your comp doesnt support or lack the necessary plug-ins.
You just need to update it and it's probably best to uninstall the old ones before installing the newer version so that it can take immediate effect. You can simply save / upload your old ones for future reference.

Some of my downloaders experience the same problem and most of the time that fixes it.
If, you want a codec pack, then you can start with the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack or select the one that you need.
