Laptop password?

Anyone has any solution on how to solve this problem?

I have a laptop A135-S2276 and it has a bio password on it after it froze and i restart it. The only solution i found is to open up the motherboard and press some stuff on there, BUT it also say it's really risky to do it. SO i'm afraid i might screw it up. Anyone have any idea what the password might be?

i suggest you call the manufacture of the laptop and NOT open it and do it yourself. likely it'd go back together and u forget a piece and u're screwed. and if u open the thing u null all warranties so yeah just call them, i'm sure the tech ppl can help you.

and if u don't wanna call them, did you try googling this problem? your model # sounds like a toshiba. i'm sure there are many ppl out there who can help.

but sorry i've never experienced this so i can't help u.

thanks for the suggestion. i think imma bring to the computer store and have them check it out for me.
