"Wo ai ni" is mandarin. I think cantonese is "Ngo oi nei."

Not sure how to say it in taiwanese as I've never really heard it before. Most of the chinese movies and series speak either cantonese or mandarin.

A Chinese Tall Story's original version is in cantonese.

Hu Ge's series and songs(does he sing?) should be in mandarin. The mainland China and taiwanese series are about 95% in mandarin. For example: Devil Beside You, Frog Prince, Meteor Garden, Lavender, Outsiders, Snow Angel, It Started with a Kiss, Tokyo Juliet, Chinese Paladin, Condor Heroes 2006...etc are all in Mandarin. Taiwanese actors are like Rainie, Ariel Lin, F4, 5566 speak mandarin. Some might probably speak taiwanese on the side, but mandarin's the major language.
Mainland China actors are like Gong Li, Zhang Ziyi, and Jet Li. I believe most of the mainland China and Taiwanese stars don't speak cantonese, but a couple do. I think Ambrose Hsu and Ken Zhu (F4) can speak cantonese as well as mandarin. Shawn Yue started out as a taiwanese idol star too, but now he's making Hong Kong movies. But he's actually from Hong Kong so he speaks cantonese.

TVB series and Hong Kong movies are in mostly in cantonese. Most of the cantonese speaking stars speak both cantonese and mandarin since it's the national language. Stars that speak cantonese more than mandarin are like: Nic Tse, Twins, Andy Lau, Kelly Chen, Joey Yung, Edison Chen...etc.

Does that help?

No, the taiwanese series are in mandarin.

No one really makes a series in the taiwanese language because it's not that popularily used of a language outside of Taiwan and not alot of people would understand it. Most chinese speak mandarin anywyas. So mainland China and taiwanese series are almost always in mandarin.
