i just purchased an ipod nano. i tried to download the itunes program but an error came up saying that they could not open the "key" and then there was a "fata error during installation". does anyone knows what this mean and how to fix it? thanks.

I got an Ipod Nano last year, and I think I had a problem like yours... I don't really remember what the problem was but I'm definitly sure I had an error come up too. So what I did was uninstall iTunes and install it again. Hope this helps...
