Chapter One.
“Did you hear Aff broke up with Dan?” I heard them gossiping.
This was the first time I was present while they talked about me behind my back.
“No way, she broke up with Dan? Isn’t he suppose to inherit his father’s company soon.” the short stubby one replied.
The tall skinny pale girl shrugged her shoulders.
“She’s stupid!” the stubby one continued. “Dan is perfect. Handsome, caring and RICH!”
I couldn’t help but let out a stifled giggle. My life in Bangkok was completely different from my life in Supanburi. The two cities seemed like two different worlds.
Bangkok is full of traffic, gangs, and brothels.
Supanburi is full of cows, horses, and farmland.
That to me was two different worlds.
I continued sitting there as dumb and dumber continued talking about me. When I stood up from the table. I took off my sunglasses and I whisked passed their table. When they saw me, their faces turned a ghastly white as their jaws dropped.
I put back on my sunglasses as I made my way out of the hotel. I stopped when someone called my name.
“Aff Taksakorn” I looked back to see him running down the grand staircase.
I quickly walked out leaving Dan dumbfounded at the entrance to his hotel.
I walked to my car as I stuck my key into the keyhole. When I was surprised by someone who wrapped their arms around me and kissed me on my neck. I turned around to see Golf.
“Golf! What are you doing here?” I asked shocked.
“P'Aff, I can’t wait until Friday to see you. I have to see you everyday!” he looked at me with his sad eyes.
“Golf, you know I’m busy. I can’t see you everyday!” I sternly replied.
“But….”
“No BUTS! I have to go. Forget about seeing me this Friday.” I coldly said and got into my car.
I prayed to god no one saw me and Golf.
I pulled out of the parking lot as I eyed Golf who was still standing there not moving an inch. I stopped my car, and rolled down the window.
“Get in I’ll drop you off at home.”
He jumped for glee as he rushed into the car. He leaned in and gave me a kiss on the cheek.
“Thanks P'Aff.”
I just rolled my eyes and started to exit the parking lot.
I pulled up to his house, and waited for him to get out. A couple seconds passed and he hasn’t removed his seatbelt.
“You can get out now Golf.”
He turned to face me.
“P'Aff, can I be the only guy in your life? I can’t live without you.” he pleaded grabbing hold of my hands.
I pushed his hands off me.
“If you don’t like our current relationship, I will never let you see my face ever again!” I yelled.
He covered his face with his hands.
“I’ll die if I don’t.”
“Then no more talking about this. Get out! I have dinner plans tonight.”
He sluggishly got out of the car. I sped off, not taking one look at his face before leaving.
I continued watching her car speed off into the distances.
“P'Aff! I love you.”
I know I’m just one of her toys, but I really wanted to be more. I wanted her for my own. I’ll do anything to make her mines.
I walked into the house, throwing my shoes off to the side I plopped down on the couch when my phone rang.
“P'Golf” the meek voice came through the phone.
“What do you want now?” I yelled loudly into the phone.
“P‘Golf! Why do you always yell at me? I never done anything bad to you.” I could hear her starting to cry.
“Shut up and tell me what you want?” I coldly replied.
“Can you come see me?” she asked.
“Toey! I have better things to do then see you. Bye.” I shut my phone as I laid back down.
My phone rang again. I looked at the caller ID.
Toey Jarinporn.
I turned the phone off and threw it across the room.
Walking into my condo and I walked straight to my fridge to grab a bottle of water. I gulped it down and walked to my answering machine.

“What the hell, who would call and not say anything?”
I pressed the stop button and headed towards the shower. As the warm water hit me, I started to wondering what my grandpa called me for.
Dumb Aff! Why didn’t you call him back right away.
I quickly showered and headed to the phone in my bedroom. I dialed the number and waited as it started to ring. Someone picked up.
“Grandpa!” I quickly asked.
“Aff??” the small voice asked.
“Yes, grandpa it’s me. Is something wrong? Is it Tomo?”
I could hear the stress in his breathing.
“Grandpa what’s wrong?” I asked getting scared something big might have happened.
“It’s Tomo.”
