Haha...wow. It's illegal to wear sagging pants in Michigan and people have been doing it forever but I guess - no one really wants to see some guys butt hanging out hehe...

But then again...wearing the style of clothes the way you want or choose is like taking away your freedom of speech? controversies!

I think they have something like that in Atlanta, Louisiana, and New Jersey.

With any set of freedoms, they should never impede on anyone. No one person freedom is above another person freedom. That is what I have learned from my Business Law class. That could be indecent exposure. Here are some articles for you to read.

^^ haha really? I dont think people would care either over here in Dallas if they did pass the law or not, i guess they'll still be sagging. lmao.

Living in Michigan, I happy that they pass this law because I don't want to see other guys boxers....Also I hear that they are trying to pass a law for girls to not saw their butt cracks which I think is a very good idea too. I has seen to many girls here think that has a nice by showing their butt cracks to everyone...IT NOT SEXY....

Er...wow I really think that is a ridiculous law.
I'd rather prefer not to see another guy's boxer but I really think it's up to them.
Instead of making useless laws such as "No saggy pants" why don't they make some that will benefit us all?
