I need help!! My PC is infected with a virus!

I have a problem porn site keep poping up. And all the application won't open.
I can't do system restore either.When I click my computer>properties nothing came up. I downladed from here http://www.sarnworld.com/discuzz/topic/28313-the-best-anti-virusspywarefirewall/ an anti-virus but that didn't open either. It say that the PC has a virus can't be opened. I dunno what to do now. Someone help me please.

Ana, i use AVG antivirus and it helps get rid of such problem ..
If you need it, i can upload it ja.

You don't have to login with a username or password unless it ask you to. Once in SAFE MODE; If you have a anti-virus, than update it and do a scan. BUT I recommend downloading Anti-Malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php. Download it, install it, update it and do a FULL SYSTEM scan. When the scan finish, deleted want virus/trojan/adware/spyware/malware you have. RESTART the computer if you have to. When you RESTART. PRESS F8 again to restart in SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING. Once again, update the Anti-Malwarebytes and do a Full System scan. When finish deleted any malicious items. Restart your computer Normally and see if your Window boot up normally.

To be on the safe side, update the anti-malwarebytes every other day and do a full system scan each time.

^it would be a good idea to have some good antivirus install as well -- i use AVG and i have not run into any infection yet.
aside from this, it have a auto schedule scan so i dont' even have to worry about anything ..
it warn you which site is safe and which site is not safe . works super great and i love it.
