2nd Annual Hmong Arts Show: Beauty Pageant: Mr. and Miss Hmong Humboldt

Requirements:

Female: must be 50% Hmong/Speak Hmong/No English require

Age: 15-25

Single/Never been married
must Prepare a Talent
4 Traditional clothing
1) Fashion Show A: From Father's side of family (original)
2) Fashion Show B: Best outfit
3) Fashion Show C: Plain white skirt with white sleeve (long/short), plus a red/green robe wrap around the waist
4) Fashion Show D: Regular fashion show

Evening Gown

Male: Same as female

Age: 17-25

Single/Never been married
Mus Prepare a talent
4 Traditional clothing
1) Fashion Show A: From father’s side of family (original)
2) Fashion Show B: Best outfit
3) Fashion Show C: Plain white sleeve with black/blue Hmong pant with a green/red robe wrap around the waist
4) Fashion show D: Regular fashion show

Evening wear

Outline of Show:

1) Opening: Intro/best outfit
2) Fashion Show A: Fabric
3) Fashion Show B: Fashion show
4) Fashion show C : Original
5) Evening wear
6) Quick question/answer (for fun)
7) Top 5: Both male and female: Question/Answer
8) Top 3: Talent: show who you are
9) Winner : only one male/female will be crown... all others will receive prizes...

Awards and prizes will be announce at the first day of training:

Training starts on the 1st of feb. 2008...

SHOW US WHAT YOU GOT! anyone (hmong) is welcome... We will train you!

Training Dates:

For out of towners... anyone is welcome
2/1 : Fri
2/2 : Sat
2/3 : Sun

well, if you were reading, it tells you what the WINNER (s) Get (s). You know what, $20 is not MUCH!!!!....and you actually get the $20 back !!!!...all in all, everyone's a WINNER!!!1
