Well, you know that lawyer joke actually happens in real life. There was this one time where I heard a cross examination that goes "when you examined the victim (during the autopsy), was he alive or dead?" the defense lawyer had to ask the question to establish that the doctor already saw the victim when he was dead so he didn't see how he died, so in a way, he can't be 100% sure of how he died. So there is some logic to some of the stupid lawyer questions. Though admittedly it does seem so funny when you hear it. Hehehe
