umm they're suppose to be only enabled for the torrent forum. I guess I need to look at permission settings again haha.

Anyway its to upload torrent files.

there's some posts w/ attached files and its a download link and when i click on it it says board message and something about no pemission or something so i can't download it so what do i have to do? thankx

lol probably because the link is supposed to be torrents but it no longer exists so it says u have no permission to access the file.
