What do you guys think about these new Hmong fashion presented at CHAT's annual Fashion show? Personally, I like how they incorporate traditional Hmong fashion into a modern look.

Wow, it's so great that inspired Hmong wear and designers were presented at an annual event. That's awesome!
The dresses are absolutely lovely. Color plays such a big role. Hope to see more of this around.

nice clothes; but i don't think
it should be called fresh traditions
because it's not traditional anymore.
The second video was scary...
because the lady was in hmong clothes
in the middle of the field.
something that's always scary to me;

i liked fashion shows;
but i think the models should be
prettier...

I know one of the girls personally. Seeing her line here and knowing her talents (which isn't all that great), I'm almost positive she didn't make this line on her own. I'm not even a designs major and at that time, my designs and sewing were better than hers.

Overall, this seemed like a good event. Although some of the clothes, in my opinion had no Hmong influence.
