I notice a lot of file that are share here, some of them we can't fast-forward when we want to. It's not the uploader false or broken file or link. It's how the file was indexed. Anyways, here's a fix for it.
1. Download and install Window Media Encoder 9 Series http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=5691ba02-e496-465a-bba9-b2f1182cdf24
2. Open up 'WINDOW MEDIA FILE EDITOR' (click START, Select WINDOW MEDIA, and select UTILITIES)
3. Open the .wmv file CAN'T FAST-FORWARD.
4. PLAY the file for a few seconds (1-2) than click on 'MARK IN'.
5. Click on FILE and than SAVE AS & INDEX. Type your new file name and click SAVE.
6. Only take about 5 seconds for the file to get INDEXED. Open your new .wmv file and it should FAST-FORWARD.
