I won't be surprised if the new Change2561 dramas will be premiered around early next year. Q4 is still too optimistic at this point. I imagine they'll probably allow productions there around October at the earliest.

I think just weeks at most. They must have already started shooting new scenes before the lockdown, I believe. (Plus remember those rumours that this isn't supposed to be cut short, but they had to do so because some critical scenes weren't shot yet.)

Taking this like a grain of salt for now, but looks like this will re-air starting September 29th (replacing "Lhong Fai"). Then the new episodes will continue from where it ended. Expect this to run for 7 weeks (14 episodes).

So this series have 14ep overall and not 18-20, right? If 14, sounds good to me or else they are just dragging the series too long.
