I would bring medicine like Tylenol or like motion sickness medications! Also sunscreen! If on prescribed meds by doctor, make sure you have enough supply! Happy travels!

When I went to Thailand a long time ago, I became very lightheaded one day and so we stopped by a small shop and I seriously didn’t know what we were buying and if it was for the right purpose! Thankfully, it did make me feel better! I would get something written in English and make sure it is approved and doesn’t seem shady!

I also like to use my phone’s Notes app to write quick and easy reminders of items I need! You can just pull out your phone on the day you leave or the day before and check off the things you have written down
