The way their relationship is portrayed makes me think that Khun Than did have romantic feelings for Mae Nim, but he fell for the feminine charms of Putkrong. As in, that woman wanted to catch a man and knew exactly how to do it. And though he's obviously attracted to Putkrong sexually, I think he has more lust than love for her. His feelings for Mae Nim, had they been explored, could've turned into love if he let them.

Exactly my feelings. I love the way they take care of each other. Sigh, but nothing sadder than meeting the right person at the wrong time.
I'm so fed up with no one speaking up about the truth or just speaking up in general. Why can't Kratin just tell Mae Nim that she loves Ram NOT Thaan Chai? Why does Kratin give Thaan Chai hope by not blocking him out? Why can't Ram just tell everyone he doesn't like Pupae and call off the engagement. Why is Ram so smitten with Kratin that he's not focusing on making sure that witch doesn't get anything? Why is Kratin fighting this all by herself?! I'm about to pull my hair out. Haha.
Sorry on topic stuff. What do you guys think the ratings will be for the final? Haha.

@phatman I think so too, Khun Than was almost with Mae Nim before Putkrong suddenly turned up. When Ram found them in bed, he ran out & the first thing Khun Than wanted to explain was to Mae Nim; but she didn't let him. Everyone knows what Putkrong was doing only no one could stop her. He trusted Ram and Kratin with her when he would otherwise wanted to immediately send his son away to boarding school.
About Kratin, I feel Khun Than somehow wanted her with Ram from the start. He did subtle things for Ram to save her - pushing him to take part in the horse race so if he feels sorry & wants her to stay, he's got to win it. And when he pieced together all the torn parts of the drawing, his face when looking at Ram was a little strange. He had a slight smile going there.

Ahh guys, here, see the power of BPS. One of the Singapore fans, Paige, went to Ayutthaya & stumbled on the fortress which Constantine built. She went there for work but sneaked in this separate trip!! She found it by accident ..... I looked at it & got goosebumps! That Faulkon guy was for real! He did exist..... I cried looking at Louis Scott yesterday, I couldn't help myself. He did such a good job acting the fallen figure at the end. It's so sad that Malee asked, why did they have to beat you until all bloody like that? Even if she hates him she still felt sorry for the guy..... what's sadder is Constantine recalling back all those times he refused when she advised him to stop what he's doing; he wouldn't have come to this stage if he had.

Yes. Khun Thaan was the matchmaker for Kratin and Ram. Even Mae Nim knew of his intention even though he never said anything directly. I still wonder what happened to that painting. . .?
Now that I think about it, the reason Kratin is the only one who's intent on protecting the inheritance is because no one is aware of what Putkrong has been doing! That's why Ram only worries about Kratin being his wife. I wish Kratin would just tell Ram all the secrets.

This lakorn is also very much like Pin Anong! Except Pin isn't as fierce as Kratin and Ram is no where as hot and ambitious and as macho as Nai Yai! Haha. BUT he is definitely cuter and more loveable!

I've just seen youtube & I hope they won't ever remove it from their video archives.
1) I like Date saying - please my baby, will you be twins? He's so sweet! What father ever said "Well!! One pregnancy & I get 2 babies??" he's in wonder & like so innocent, too. He's caressing her stomach in front of everyone & want to take over her pains but when she said he's cute his eyes go all shy! haha This Khun P!
2) What do you guys think? Do you believe, like me, that Constantine likely knows why Kosa Ban & Por Date's there at his house. Because I can see both men like conveying the truth of their mission the way they both stared deeply into his eyes - especially Kosa Ban. But it's not something which Faulkon knows he can escape from. Which I think why he gives that moment a dignity - he's going because they're known to be trustworthy men.
3) I'm not sure if what I know of some Asian beliefs are true - that you can't do or think bad things to others when your loved ones are pregnant. If so, what Por Date's been asked to do at Kade's last stage of pregnancy is quite a risk. He's part of the group sending a condemned Faulkon to die. That sort of sin could reflect on the baby or the mother.
4) When Kade was screaming giving birth those entire moments were too funny! Prik was giving a running commentary while Date was ringside at a special corner with mum & team being all stressful whether to sit or stand haha! I just love all his close-up joyful smiles when both his babies are safe and he smiled the way he did when Kade first told him to look in the mirror.
5) Got has the most fiercest, grotesque devil look on his face after his dad allowed Date & Rheung to carry Constantine away. Rheung looks almost scared whether he should or not!
6) The dying King Narai - does he know that his two trusted loves Pra Pi & Wichayen are being killed
