IPOD HELP

man ma ipod i dunno whats up with it i went to the apple site and done everything it said well its acturly real crap help i changed the USB ports that i was using and everything i kno its not them coz i tried ma fone in it and it was fine buh coz i wanna update ma songs on it it wont let me coz well i dunno i get itunes up and its not there buh i plug it in and it charges up buh i dunno why it aint working it plays music tha ipod does just wont connect to itunes i dunno even if the computer reconises it buh its doing ma head in ==' any one kno whats up wif it?

did you uninstall you ITUNES and REINSTALL it again?

btw, download the lastest ITUNES from the APPLE site and see if that help.

yeah did that i think it might be the ipod or the cable buh it still charges :s buh the computer dont make the noise when u connect it :S

Step 1: Take your ipod and pick it up gently
Step 2: Carefully swing back the arm with the ipod in the hand
Step 3: Launch it against anything like the wall,the window or at someone.

After a few trys it should work
