Live in the present. You're still young. Enjoy every moment right now... make meaningful memories. Make happy memories. We're all getting older. Don't stress about the far future that hasnt arrived yet.

Mind control yourself into accepting that everything is actually just materialistic. Nothing is supposed to last. I.e. struggles. Just like how we can make happiness happen, we can also move on from stress. Stress is created by how much emphasis we put on our problems.

Let things go by believing that maybe you weren't meant to solve it. You can't solve everything. Also, as long as you're capable and hard working money can be made tomorrow/in the future.

When you decide on whether to buy or not, ask yourself: Can i pay this off right away or how long will it take me to pay this off? People who wisely manage their financials dont spend above their means. They don't rely on a future paychecks to pay for yesterday's purchases. Investments are an exception.

It's ok to worry about the future because it'll make you more cautious. The future really isn't that far away. I've been saving "for the future" since i was 16. The future is getting more expensive. It's ok to have a game plan, a goal. You'll learn as you get older so dont stress out way too much to the point of making yourself sick though.

I feel like this a lot too, since I left my job and decided to do my masters, it has been just two weeks but I keep worrying about my financial ability and feeling inadequate as an adult. But we got to be brave and take risks now, when we can work hard and we don't have responsibility.
