Your doctor.. They should refer you to a psychologist specialist or therapist for counseling. Idk how your country is about mental health so if your doctor wont help then best to seek another doctor.

OK that might be an idea. Just remember that world of seeking help might not be the best either because the “professionals” may classify you as whatever way they feel you are. Uh meaning don’t be shock if they say crazy stuff hun. Please hang in there. Time will heal. Just surround yourself with love ones for now. Pray continuously!

Im diagnosed with depression . Yup. I might seen carefree and prolly the biggest pervert in here LOL but believe me , its was hard to pull myself out of it and be happy with what i have achieve so far .

my depression wasn't because of love sick , heartaches , bully , ect . It was isolation, i was ban from entering the USA for nearly 5 years, living in a foreign country , different lang. , surround with strangers and not a friend/family in sight . the tremors , the chaos in my heart was overbearing but i overcome it .

I only told Darvil back then b/c I wanted him to take care of the forum while I'm away .I was bann from enter the USA , b/c I was involve with the country's government officials(Vietnam) corruption trial. There more to it but I want it to remain confidential . Yup. Got myself into some hot water *sigh* but I'm back now *grin* and never been happier!!

@PrincessKarina , just 5 years of a girl life , no biggie , life as a cougar is not that bad LOL , it's better to start late than to never right ? @Maricon , you still young , u will have time to chase boys around your age and be happy and enjoy your youthful years .

Thank you everyone. @sarN I'm glad you're now in the USA which you consider your home. And sorry for rambling again I'm trying my hardest to go on with life and that one day I'll be fully healed.

I have anxiety and depression. I have moments i stress about everything and anything. I have moments i dont even care dont want to do anything. I have moments i just want to cry or die. But i have two amazing bestfriends in my life.....

Life is what you make of. We have to be thankful for all the little things. A guy who don’t love us and left. Why drill in that misery? It takes time but to know you have a lot more to offer the world. Another great one will come and give you his pure heart. Someone out there wants you darling! Be patient. Live for your love ones!

Seriously when you think deep about it. If he doesn’t want me someone else wants me. You know why? Because I’m deserving. Because I know I’m good enough for someone to purely love only me! I know someone is out there waiting to show you his love darling!

Thanks! Honestly , how I over come my depression & the chaos in my life was to make myself laugh about the whole ordeal , it must be my personality tho , I enjoy humorous myself in the most critical situation
