Well... the saddest I watched was Devdas. But the one where I really cried is Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, but it has a happy ending, which is great. Both movies have Aishwarya Rai

These aren't technically sad (some scenes are though) , but they're good: Tum Mere Ho, Aaina, Joddha Akbar, Beta, Devdas, Beenam Badsha, Vivah .....
