AFN (Asianfuse network)

I was in Lebanon and Turkey from May-June, and it really hurts my heart how much no one seemed to care for the Muslim countries. I'm not a Muslim. Even though I'm a Christian, I don't care about religion. They are still people. They have homes, families who cares about them. It upsets me how ignorant people can be.

People only want to sympathize with those they can "resonate" with, which is pretty sad. I've never really cared much for the Muslim community let alone the Middle East, but after visiting the ME, I really love the people and its culture plus the country itself.

People need to stop listening to other people or what the media says. Instead, they should be open minded and give the ME a chance, go visit the countries there and get to know the people before judging.
Sorry. I just have a lot to say when it comes to this kind of issue. lol
