I don't know where you can watch it because it's a pretty old movie. It's been over 10 years since I last saw it so I'm a little hazy on the details, but from what I remember, he was childhood sweethearts or college sweethearts with Yelly and she thought they were going to get married one day, but out of the blue, he breaks up with her because he had met someone new. He ended up marrying the other girl, and I can't remember why, but she eventually confesses to him that

she used to be a man. Ken couldn't take the news and ran out into the street where he got hit by a car. I can't remember if he dies or ends up in a wheelchair, but I vaguely remember Yelly walking with a little girl, so I think that's her daughter with Ken.
