It's a hit because it reaches 3.0 and above. It's very very rare for One31 lakorns to get more than 6, even 5 is rare indeed. 5-6 is generally the average of CH3 lakorns. Getting 4.0 for a One31 lakorn equals to getting a 7.0-8.0 for a CH3 lakorn.
