Well for me it's usually something sarcastic, if your good friends with me i would be sarcastic with you for everything. Sometimes i go too far and make them angry, but i mostly use "and i care because......"

Ummm...my phrase I go by when something bad happens or doesn't go my way is.. "Oh well, I have other sh*t to take care of." lol

It helps remind me not to sulk in the situation & continue to handle other areas in my life that needs attention. ^_^
