which stars you cant stand to watch their lakorn

Now let me list a few more:
...
Topping off my list for male and female, respectively are, Kangsom and Gybzy Keerati. Not only they're not pra'ek and nang'ek material, they're not even acting material!!! They have no expressions whatsoever!!! It's always the same dang look they're wearing. Needs major, major, MAJOR improvement. Kangsom should just stick to singing.
Then, there's Yaya. She should wait until she grows up a little or, stick to comedies like Duang Jai Akkanee and Dao Reuang.
Egg Butsakorn has incredible acting skills but her physical appearance is a major turnoff. Had to fast forward her scenes back when I watched Reuan Sanaeha.
Son is such goddang cutiepatootie!!! Goodness gracious if his acting abilities improved a tad but, he'd be perfect for any role! He sure looks like he could pull off any role. Acting sucks and sucked since day one!

Yaya- I'm sorry, but after DJA, I couldn't stand her at all. I watched her lakorn with Aum. Man she was so stiff! Honestly, she's a sweet girl and I find her cute but her acting needs major improvement. She doesn't come off to me as a versatile actress. I hope she improves... No offense guys just stating my thoughts...

I actually agree with you janajelly. I love Yaya and all but she needs improvement in her acting...I think she's really good at playing cutesy kiddy nangek's but I want to see her in a mature role. Drama, revenge, boran, musical etc, anything where she doesn't appear like a teenager lol!

She's in her twenties already, so it's important to try the more difficult, adult roles. Kob Suvanant and Ann Thongprasom were already doing mature roles (played tormented n'eks who never give up even after facing difficulties, even in one of her roles Ann was insane I think it was in Sai Roong) when they were in their teens...and they could act with older p'eks. I want to see the same thing for Yaya. But how can it happen when yaya only seems to get childlike roles- didn't she even win an award for kiddy n'ek or something? lol

She doesn't seem to try different roles and her acting comes off weird if she plays mature roles. Its kind of annoying she won the Chad Luek Award thing three times in a row. Sadly awards are now given by popularity not talent. Just like James Ji won an award a few days ago...

She won the 7th most influential person in Thailand or something. I think they agree with us since they named her the Fresh Kiddy Face Act N'ek LOL
I really want to see Yaya in mature roles, but i don't think she suits it just yet.. Which is okay too cause i like her cute roles

I disagree, but I respect your opinion. :)
I personally didn't care for Kim at first...until I saw her in Raeng Pradtana. Her character was very well portrayed in there in my opinion. She also proved to me that she's a bold and versatile actress. After that, I watched her lakorn with Mark (produced by Anne), and thought she was GREAT in there as well.
I love Kim, and I believe that she gets casted into good lakorns because the directors and producers see her potential and ability as an actress. I also believe that because of that, they want to challenge her to become an even better actress.
Of course, she has the looks and popularity as well, so that does contribute to her being a top sought-after young actress. However, looks and popularity don't just apply to Kim; without it, many other young stars, if not all, wouldn't be as popular and sought-after as they are either. It's hard for me to believe though that Anne chooses her actors based on looks or popularity alone. Being an exceptional actress herself, I'm sure a quality actor or actress is what she values more than just simply being attractive or well-liked by the Thai audience. Again, of course those are benefits, and those factors do contribute partially to actors and actresses receiving work. As I said, I just don't think Anne is that shallow to only cast her stars for their looks and/or fame. So in other words, all I'm saying is that Anne has to see some sort of potential and talent in Kim to be promoting her so much. She's even said it flat-out that Kim, as an actress, reminds her of herself when she was younger and that if anyone were to take her place in the future as the princess of Thai entertainment, she would want Kim. :D
In my eyes, Kim has been improving and I have no doubt that she will grow to become an amazing and top actress (like Anne herself). ^_^

very well said! Kim pretty much nailed Raeng Pradthana! Seriously, Kim was so beautiful, classy, "immature" in the beginning but as the lakorn slowly digresses, you can see how she matures over time. I had honestly thought that Raeng Pradthana was Kim's best portrayal as well! Just simply beautiful! It surprised me stupid "awards" didn't reward her for her outstanding performance in there! :whatever:

Anne sees so much potential in Kim. Kim never disappoints Anne in the acting department.  I love Kim much more than Anne herself lol. I never was a fan of Anne growing up but it surprised me Anne has good taste in Mark and Kim. Loools

I don't know but I have a lot of A-listers that I can't watch. Either their acting is just dull, stupid, no emotions, or too over the top sh*tty/dramatic! :whatever:

There are a few actors and actresses that I don't favor onscreen but I adore them offscreen. When they're not acting but instead living their normal lives or giving out interviews, I really love how they give out their answers in interviews and go about their life. It's very interesting to see how their life is like offscreen. It's quite impressive. I love the friendships a lot of dara's share with one another offscreen. Even though there are a few that I'm not interested in, I sometimes watch their lakorns to see if they'll blow me away. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. I'm a neutral fan and viewer you can say. As for beauty, I'm not picky in a sense. I do care about their ability to act onscreen but if they can't, I just don't bother to care about them until the next time. lol
For example, I disliked Bie the Star for quite sometimes because I thought he was too Korean wannabe at some point. After seeing him again in Koo Gum, he changed my mind. Although he's not the greatest pra'ek, he convinced me otherwise. Not only did his character as Kobori made me love him again but it's his personality offscreen and his silly yet mature mindset that caught my attention.

I don't know if I ever mention Aff, she's really beautiful and i like her off screen but I think her roles are always too dramatic. Everytime I think of her I can only vision her crying. The only lakorn I finish with her in it was Prajan See Roong and it was only because I loved Bie so much. I've seen her in wanida too much didn't finish it. I like Tik and thats why I watch it but he was too stiff and she was not on my list for favorites so yeah.

Chompoo A.: People consider her an A-list actress, but I think not. She may be pretty, but she is definitely not what I consider a leading lady. There are four lakorns that I want to watch, but because of her I can't bring myself to watch them. Her facial expression is always very droopy and her crying scenes kill me every time. I don't understand how she's considered a top actress...? I just don't see it.
i just cant agree with this more... i really force myself to watch many lakorn of hers since she has done many but i really couldnt stand her face....

Chompoo isn't necessarily a bad actress, it's just that she's not as good as people make her to be. Her main weakness are her dead eyes which makes it hard for her to be fully expressive. I also don't think she's all that versatile because she's not very convincing in a weak role. She's much better off as a snobby, spoiled nang aek or straight up rai nang aek.

One actress that I can't really bring myself to watch is Mai Davika. She always has this air of arrogance all the time so I can't connect with any of her characters. Her body language is really stiff too. However, a lot of people seem to praise her for her role in Plao Kao so perhaps she's improved.

The first time I saw Chompoo was in Andrew and Kob's Luk Mai Klai Ton, and I thought she did well as the sweet sister. I actually liked her then, and I think she does better as the sweet nang'ek since she has those sad droopy pitiful eyes. Hehe.

About Mai D., yes I agree. I can't seem to watch her either. I couldn't stand her acting in Roy Lae Sanae Luang with Weir. She isn't very expressive. I did watch her horror comedy with Mario though since I heard it was super hilarious.

Really Phatman? I never watched that lakorn since I'm not a big fan of Kob but I'm curious to check it out. Thanks!

I've tried watching all of Mai's lakorns including Pee Mak yet she's never impressed me at all. I prefer/like her more as a model than as an actress.

That was the lakorn that introduced me to Andrew. Hehe. I thought he was so cute. However the lakorn itself is...kind of slow from what I remember. I watched it a long while back. Haha.

Yeah, Mai's definitely more model material.

LOL. I had a good time reading everyone's comments. Although I disagree with a few, I understand that everyone is entitled to their own opinions.

I personally can't stand AFF. Don't bash me AFF fans, but I can't stop looking at her nose. She denied getting it done, but it looks so unnatural to me. Jai Rao was a big fail for me because of her. I only got through the first few episodes because of Ken and Not. I'm not saying she is ugly though. She is still pretty, it's just her nose that bothers me.

Janie is really pretty but there's something about her crying scenes that makes me laugh.

As for actors..... I don't like Kong S. I just can't seem to understand why he's a pra'ek. He's not attractive or talented in my eyes. I don't feel a connection at all.

I'm neutral with Aff, but I agree about her nose. It's really long and doesn't seem to be natural. It does bug me quite a bit. I do think that she's beautiful though.

Aff's nose is not as noticeable as Preem. I can't stand watching Preem cus of her nose.
