What's you major?

i'm majoring in Theater Arts and minoring in English and Film Studies

i was originally just going to double major in theater arts and film studies...but i want to get my teaching credential to teach high school theater...but in California you can't get a theater arts credential you just get an english credential...and the amount of english classes i need to take to get credentialed in that subject is the same amount you need for a minor...so i was like...i'll just get two minors.

$40/hr is the initial salary, usualy for RN's, but while ur working as an RN, u can go bk to school and work on a master degree for something advance, which means more money, of course.

im gonna master in Certified Nurse Anesthetist and the initial salary for that is ABOUT $120/hour. 

i love to help people thats all and with this, get the whole package of making people feel better, which makes me feel better in return, and ill be financially secured.

well, I don't think nurses even w/ MBA get $120/hr...that's more like what doctors make...but I could be wrong

reason I change mind 'bout nursing is that it's stressful & when u do the training...u do a lot of cleaning..but u're right it's rewarding & makes u feel good 'bout urself...let just put that nurses makes more than business major ppl...unless of course u own urown bus.

and ummmm.....i think Linn said sum like nurses dont make much? well it depends what KIND of nurse u r. there are MANY different kinds. the kind im gonna be DO make 120/hr...the real anesthetist, the doctor not the nurse, make twice more ofcourse...but im satisfied with 120/hr lol

most doctors don't even make half that much :lmao: ...if an anesthesiologist makes twice that much ($654,120/yr)...it'll be half a million/yr ...also how can any type of nurses be making more money than doctors??? :blink: :blink:

Well my doubling with International Studies and Political Science... Hope to land a diplomatic job one day.... Also I take graphic design and interior design on the other side when my sesmeter permit me to do so because I really like it....

I've try nursing and doctor then I found out I faint at the site of blood and vomit when other people vomitl..... Nasty huh....

ur just about correct, but don't look into it too much. it's just the study of being. and going to the univ. of life is as accurate as it gets. i don't attend a conventional institution in any way, so it's simply the study of living life, to put it in between all those lines. nothing fancy, nothing shmancy. i'm studying what we're all studying in different ways. it was just a different way of putting it. hope that clarifies.

im currently attending the University of Memphis as a sophomore. im getting my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and then after that, im gonna go to a grad. school for a master's degree in science for certified nurse anesthetist, and that's gonna be ABOUT two years and ill also be working as an RN while doing this, hopefully.

i hope i survive through school :wavecry:
