I placed an order June 3rd and have not received it yet more than two weeks later. I sent them a message through their contact form and have not received a reply yet. I tried using their Paypal email (sales@angkorwat.com) and the email keeps bouncing back.
They state on their website that they ship after two business days. Looks like I will have to go to Paypal and resolve this. Considering my experience, I would say to be cautious about ordering from them.
Oh yeah, their form to check an order status says it wasn't paid yet, but I paid already. I have the record in my Paypal account that the payment is completed. If anyone can help me out, I would appreciate it.
