Hard to choose b/c I love a lot of the authentic Lao foods. Tum (tang, bean, papaya, ka poon), larb gai, mok nor, mok gai, aur gai, aur laum, gang hett, gang nor, sup pauk, sup buk mea, sup nor, ka poon, sai kok, sean savanh/sean lort, fry paa haeng, goi paa, larb paa, lao salad, jeo bong, jeo tomatoe, jeo pepper, jeo hett, jeo eggplant, jeo ga pbee with bamboo...
My mum made lard beef last night cooked and raw. And freaking brother complained the cooked was salty and to just mixed everything and cook it.
I didnt even get to eat the raw because i was going to eat later.
