Did u guys notice that the video of Ning sleeping with the other girl arrived shortly after Ning return from the court? This means that he cheated on Rin and Cherry, which explains why he failed to kick cherry out. He was too busy sleeping with that other girl that he didn't even care or have time to do as Rin had asked him to do "get cherry out of their life." Good thing Rin divorced him!!!
