Anyways it's like Koreans....Koreans aren't known to their own people as Koreans...they call themselves something else...I forgot the word?

Well not really...Khmer people don't call themselves "Cambodian" in the native language...it's like calling the Native Americans...Indians...politically incorrect...but internationally accepted. :)

but in the old days and on some modern & old maps
Cambodia was call 'Kam-pu-chea'<i think thats how its spelled
now it known as Cambodia and 'the Cambodian ppl'
but we still ourselves Khmer and
i like callin myself that cuz some how when i say 'im khmer'
i say it with pride idk but that just me
