Well not really...Khmer people don't call themselves "Cambodian" in the native language...it's like calling the Native Americans...Indians...politically incorrect...but internationally accepted.

but in the old days and on some modern & old maps
Cambodia was call 'Kam-pu-chea'<i think thats how its spelled
now it known as Cambodia and 'the Cambodian ppl'
but we still ourselves Khmer and
i like callin myself that cuz some how when i say 'im khmer'
i say it with pride idk but that just me
