My friend got this on forums
Only this picture and a title
Title he got is: Chinese 2003 movie "Zhifu"

Movie with this name don't have that scene in it so I guess he got it wrong
Anyone here perhaps could say what movie is it from?
Or may be title got mis-spelled

Do you have any idea who is the actress in the photo? Hmm to me she looks like Nancy Wu. Nancy acts in dramas, I could not find any of her movies.
