Help..need laos translations

i need a translation of a paper that i got from a temple when i went to see a monk. the written is in laos so if anyone here know how to read and able to translate in english, please help me out here..i would really appreciate. thanks so much.

perhaps u can scan it, and then post it as an image and someone on here may be able to help u translate. i for one could try
