doozija help

im not sure if its jus my laptop but doozija is always buffering and it takes so long jus to load and it keeps on pausing...im not sure if anyone else is having this problem..so if you do then can u tell me how could i change it...or if u dont then i guess its jus my laptop..

Top of the video it says...

Can't See...click on that and it will ask u for u're IP address. Then it should be fixed...but that's if u paid for the service. If not it will keep on cutting off.
