Chapter 3 :
At the airport, the whole filming team is ready to take the plane and It is time for the last goodbyes. Even surrounded by the cameras of the reporters who want to take pictures of their goodbye, Oil strongly hugs Pim in his arms, he so wants to take her with him but she has refused to come with him because she prefers staying here to prepare their weeding. He doesn’t know how he would survive a month without seeing her and the tears on her lovely face only make him feel sadder. Suddenly he hears the voice of the filming assistant calling for everyone to go, so before leaving, he tells her one more time that he loves her and gives her a last kiss on the lips. She waits here without moving until he disappears completely behind the gate, always under the flashes of the cameras.
The exams are now over letting place for the summer holydays and Sririta can feels free to do what she wants. She has studied very hard for one week but is really happy because she is sure to pass with success and the chance for her to have the first place is high : all she has to do is to wait next week for the results. Tomorrow will be an exciting day because if she has well counted, It supposes to be the day the famous film-director must arrive and with him all the filming team. A normal people couldn’t probably sleep with this excitement, but since she is really tired from a long hard week, this night, Sririta just has to close her eyes to find the sleep.
After long hours, the plane finally lands on the ground. It takes almost an hour for the team to finally exit from the gate where khun Wasit, khun Ploy and some other Thai from the community were waiting for almost two hours. When khun Ampol (the film director) sees his young brother Wasit, he goes to hug him, greets his sister-in-law and then introduces to them, Oil and Aum who were near him. After that everyone greet each other, they all leave the arrival terminal for the car park. Since the filming team included a dozen persons, a mini-bus has been specially prepared to transport everyone today, but khun Ampol and his two stars will go with khun Wasit and his wife in their personal car.
Today Sririta couldn’t give her lessons because her students and herself are too exciting to stay concentrated. Since no one want to study, she stops her lesson and proposes to the girl to take the boat for a trip on the lake in order to pass time instead of waiting like that. The two girls agree and they all head towards the garden, with a direct access to the Genova Lake, where a small boat is parked. They jump in it, ready for a long and nice trip on the beautiful lake. The lake is an essential element in Geneva and It is very common for people to relax by making a ballade by boat on it and Sririta or the two girls are no way exceptions. Since she came in Geneva, Sririta has learnt with friends to conduct a small boat, and with the authorization of the parent, she has taught the girls how to do it in order to make them discover a culture of this city.
The car and the bus transporting the whole filming team arrives at a big white modern houses just in front of the lake : the view is simply amazing. Everything is more beautiful than what khun Ampol has expected and he didn’t regret to chose his brother’s house as the main setting for his lakorn. Khun Wasit invites everyone to enter into his house where a banquet was prepared in the garden to welcome them. Indeed, the garden is decorated by a multitude of flowers from different colors, on the terrace a long table in white tablecloth has been dressed to present many delicious meals, at some distance from here a barbecue, and dispersed around beautiful tables, and all accompanied with a view on the lake. Everyone are amazed by what they see : It is just if they were in some kind of paradise. Khun Wasit invites his brother, Oil, Aum and the main assistant to sit around a table with him and his wife, while the others people take place around other tables with an inhabitant of Geneva for each table. That is how the lunch started.
After a while, khun Ampol asked his brother about his two sweet nieces, and that is only at this moment that khun Ploy realizes the absence of her daughters since their venue which is really strange since these two were so exciting to see their dear uncle. So she asks the gardener for some explanations, and learns they went on a ballade on the lake with Sririta. She apologizes to her brother-in-law for them taking so long and for not being here, but he doesn’t say anything and understands perfectly that the girls needed to relax, and in this way, he would be able to surprise them more. So he has the idea to join the girls on the lake because he also wanted in the same time to make a ballade on this beautiful water. No problem, since the girls toke the small boat, It still left the sailing boat and khun Wasit is pleased to show this dream lake to his brother and to some other people who would too.
An hour later, khun Ampol and khun Wasit decides to do what they have planed earlier, Oil and the main assistant join them for the ballade while Aum and khun Ploy have decided to explore the rest of the garden and the house. The others people will also wait here, conversing with each other in this idyllic environment and rocked by the song of the violin quartet.
