Converting mp3 on cell to a ringtone

I would think so. Sounds like a cool function that the phone should have. Google or look thru the manual?

on my phone I used USB data cable. I brought off from ebay and I have the whole package including the software where I can do ringtone, wallpaper, and screensaver,etc and transfer to my phone and from phone to my computer. I got mine chap...I got USB cable and software only $6 something include shipping and handling. I like it because now I don't have to download ringtons from the internet. I can do it on my computer since I didn't put internet service on my phone

did u have to splice your music into a certain amount of seconds or something? cuz i was told that you wouldnt be able to use a whole song as a ringtone and you can only use about 30 secs or so.....

i did splice my music to certain amount of minute just becasue I don't want to use up all my space. some of my ringtone I did above 1minute or 30 second depend on the music I like. my phone have mp3 i don't think there shouldn't be a problem if I use the whole song as the ringtone (if someone called u, it not gonna ring the whole song), but I never tried it. I'm gonna test it out tomorrow. I'll let u know if it work or not.

This afternoon I tried to transfer the whole mp3 song to my phone and it work!. so, I think there shouldn't be a problem on your phone. The songs with 3:50 minute will take up your phone space around 894kb with Bit Rate 32kbps or 56kbps. Keep in my mind, when someone called u, it will not ring the whole song becasue the limit of ring is 5time.

p.s. after u transfer your mp3 songs from your computer to your phone, On your phone, Apply that song as your RingTone. Then u all set to go.

im probably gonna need the usb cable thing then right, cuz rite now i cant do that with just the mini sd. ebay, here i come!
