Yes, Black American---I kept thinking he was Black born Thai. Like, Chinese born Thai. He spoke full Thai. I wondered what was said. I remember he was at the airport. I never knew if he promised her mum if he would be coming back or not. This was from the original I'm speaking about. What I’ve remember was n’ek mom met her dad when he visited Thailand and he was a black American.
Yes. However, my original comments were in relation to some of the questions in regards to the original series I saw above thread.Shouldn’t this thread be pining on currently airing?
Yes, she's biracial. She's half Black. Yeah, I'm watching the episode. So far Maeya is keeping her in tact without pretending to be Benz's character---thank the gods. I hate, hate, hate when actors reprise a role and seem to copy the original actors persona. Irritating. Thai actors are good at keeping the characters w/o copying original actors branding. So Maeya character is supposed to be mixed with black ? Anyway on first episode you can find her a lil over the top with "happy go lucky" vibe but after two episodes she is getting more at ease with her character. She can emote. And I find her pretty plus she is tall . Maeya is working hard to become better actress. So I hope her next drama she gets to play an intelligent rich HiSo character .
Maeya is super tall. I see that. I was like, she needs to be paired with taller leads. Jeez. I was like---we need a Mik on Channel 3 (although I would never pair her with Mik---EVER). They also look like they want to put her in heels. She looks like she's running on 5'8" already and then in a good 3" heels she's at 5'11". She's turning all the guys into Tom Cruise while she's Nicole Kidman.
You know, he's on the shorter side, but who I would love her paired with is Toontam. While Andrew Gregson is my favorite actor. Toontam is my favorite lover. The gods...Toontam makes me believe in love. Truly, I believe he loves his co-stars---man makes me cry. He's the only guy to make fall in love with love.
I'd like to see her play a role along side someone like him...he's a deadly strong actor when it comes to romantic roles. He brings a lot out of his co-stars. It would be interesting for me to see them on screen and I'd for her to really let go---when she's with him. I get tired of resistant girls, Maeya looks like she's one of those actresses that goes with the flow--like Pooklook, so I think she has potential to do some great stuff on screen.

You think? I don't see it? The character tends to be a bit OTT and melodramatic actually. So, I'm not really sure where the overacting line and melodramatic character ends---they sort of blur for me.She still overacts
