BBTHAI TV streaming video problem

Question: I've been using BBTHAITV to watch lakorns and everytime I watch anything the video and images works perfectly fine but the audio doesn't work. theres no sound or anything. So I am wondering if there is any solution to fixing this. thank you.

well...to me it seems to work fine...did u try to check your volume control...does it only happens w/ Bbthaitv...did u try listening to other audios ?

well, it works on my account on my computer but on my sister's account it doesn't work. trust me, i did everything that i thought i could have worked.
