Don't stress yourself. The chances of catching it is really high right now.. i got it like 3 weeks ago.. i get tired so quickly now... but recovered from the headaches fever blocked nose runny nose. I still have a dry mouth.

So been sick for over 2 weeks and i still have this dry mouth. And its stressing me out.

My symptoms cleared up over the weekend and i only had minor headaches but i'm getting sick again. Stressing myself out i got told i need to test before i can go back to work and if i still have symptoms i cant go back until get a negative result.

Hopefully the months ahead will be better for us all... after a not so pleasant beginning to this new year.

2022 hasnt been good for my family either. We all got covid recently and we're all in isolation at our homes ...not really sure where from. I'm almost recover, my symptoms were mild compared to my sis her partner, our uncle and aunt.

They're now allowing us to work if we're essential workers that fall into certain categories that are important. Because that decision to not allow us to leave impacts the entire city not just my local area. The entire city relays on so many workers from my local area

My local areas are trying to to the right thing follow the rules and restrictions inorder to continuously work... and follow the every 3 days rule. But we were lacking testing locations in our area too!

The amount of people getting tested from my area is more the any other area justifies the higher number of cases in our daily total.

If they forced the same restrictions on other areas they'll find more higher cases in those areas too. The rest of sydney have a different set of restrictions applied to them. And the area where the first case happened are completely living more freely and not completely lockdown like my area...

we had so much traffic for testing people waiting over 5 hrs just to get tested... people with symptoms left the queues and didnt get tested. So the second situation a lot of people cant leave for work outside our local government area that's a lot of people across a lot of industries within...

Told people in my area to get tested every 3 days if we work outside our local government a few days and ... it hasn't been a full whole week yet and forcing us all to stay at home and not leave our local areas for work unless we're an emergency and heath worker... both situations cause so much...

Given all the stress and toxic people around me that are so attracted and attached to materialistic things... and working for a charity makes me think i dont need really need certain things even more because theres so many people that lack basic everyday essential items like clothing and...

I follow them on ig but there so manys times i questioned why i bother still following any of the others.

I used to really like pat but now i dont care. The only person i still like from the lom gang is mint but theres certain vibe i dont like though.

I want a nice quiet peaceful life no stress and be able to do things i enjoy.

It annoys my coworkers that i refuse everything. I don't want or need i refuse. I complain and stress over money but i wont take.

I have my fav ch3 stars but i skip alot of dramas now if i dont like it regardless how much i may like or love them

And some certain fans are so indenial about comments opinions.

Honeslty ch3 just focuses on the favs and ignore the others that have quite good talents or more keen to keep improving and challenging themselves. Certain people are just too comfortable now , repetitive and lack improvements and changes.

And ive been so stressed about almost everything in my life so my eating habit is bad even though i rarely have junk food...and i dont even much vegetables.
