AFN (Asianfuse network)

I don't know if you heard about this but it's called the 20-20-20 rule. I was watching a show where a doctor recommended people who stare at a computer screen all day should do the 20-20-20 rule where every 20 minutes look at an object or something that is 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
