ok, this is so dumb to bring up, but since there are already so many flawed parts of the lakorn's plot as is, might as well just do it...ha...

...well, in episode 15, aor's uncle was scolding her (upon her return home after being "kidnapped")...and while he was yelling, he said "if it wasn't for the fact that you were my older sister's child, i would..." blah blah blah...anyways, y is he her 'ah' and not her 'nah'? she calls him 'ah poochai'...shouldnt he be 'nah poochai' to her if he was her mom's younger brother? i mean, both 'ah' and 'nah' indicate the the younger-sibling-of-your-parent status, but 'ah' is used when the younger uncle/aunt is your dad's younger sibling, not when they are your mom's younger sibling. perhaps, another blooper? or is there some kind of lineage and descenden-cy guideline that pardons the ties other than in the manner that i have indicated?

damnit, did any of what i said make sense to anyone? lol

Don't worry, you make sense. The storyline is so butchered that you make better sense of it than what it tries to feed us. :console: I myself don't understand much of the story, but even I can tell it's a messy storyline when it confuses those who do understand it. Argh, poor remake. :arrg:

Managed to catch the last 30 minutes or so of the last episode (not counting commercial breaks). My gosh! Urgh, rushed filming, rushed ending, super flawed storyline, overall, a rushed remake. Stupid Jon. Despite Kwan and Om's cute interactions, they could have done a whole lot better on the storyline. Photos of the ending.

Jao Sao Salatan was much better written. I still have to finish that. My hunch is usually correct when I watch a lakorn. This never gave me a good vibe to begin with so I stopped watching. Thank goodness I didn't waste my time because the storyline seems to be poorly written. I don't like how Om has so many side feelings with his friend and the Chalinee girl, making Amawasee last in his heart, well so it seems. Pakorn and Siripai girl took over the beginning of this lakorn. The pace was just super slow. Coming from the production of Saranyu, one of my all time favorite class actors, I'm disappointed in his production. He's such a legendary actor. I guess not all legends are meant to be producers like my Anne Thongprasom.

Now, no more Kwanom please. I'd like to see Kwan and Weir. Haha.

Sad but true; some actors aren't meant to be producers... *Cough-insert lots of names here-cough* Haha, after falling for Kwan in HJT, I'm looking forward to that reunion of Weir and Kwan. :lol2:

Um-hmm, a waste indeed, Spanky.

Have a wonderful day, Mahalo, Spanky, and everyone else! :grouphug:  I'll move this to the "Old Lakorn" section after work...doesn't really feel like the end, because it was so rushed.

You should watch Dang Duang Hareuthai first to see why we all want a reunion. Lol.

I plan to. But urgh, so many things to do...plus, my poor laptop is so slow... I think I'll multitask and watch it via YouTube or some other website on my Blu-ray player, while I'm doing other things on my laptop. :lol2: Thanks, buddy. :grouphug:

This ended way too fast, and the storyline was too slow paced. Although, I do love Om and Kwan's chemistry in here. It was really sweet and their lines were sweet, but the storyline could have been better.

So Amawasee is last in his heart? That's really sad, I don't think I want to continue watching this anymore. Did they provide any sort of explanation or back story about Chalinee? Because honestly, they could have done without the Chalinee crap--the story would be marginally better without it. Plus the lack of interaction and development between the pranang is frustrating.

no real back-story or explanation of chalinee...I like the other guy better than p'k....he was bad but change, better character development..he's sooo stubborn and annoying...though the scene of the pra-nang I do enjoyed and think they got good chemistry...but any lakorn w/LIMITED pra-nang scene is always bad/waste to me...i finally finished it -.- lots of FFW

Despite what everyone else thought....I was pretty satisfied with this lakorn! No annoying nang-rai, Om was super hot and it did not drag much! I'm glad it ended at 16. I also enjoyed Pakorn/Seeplais love story too she "truly" loved him unconditionally no matter what I'm glad he realized it. As for Pak being like that I can see why his character is written that way/how he was towards nang ek. His first love left him married according to her parents wish, then he learns his mom did the same to his dad and so he was afraid Aor might pull that too so I can see why he was playing tough always bringing in his friend when his feelings were going to be seen through. His actions always spoke louder then his words he was just afraid and so he mentally protected himself till last min! Aor, should of agreed to run away when he asked! She was so similar to his first love/mom so I get where he's coming from. Aor claims to love him but her loyalty to her family makes him doubt her feelings. Overall I liked it! OST was damn awesome too.

I loved this lakorn, last Kwan lakorn I watched was Kerd Phen Hong and everything else after that wasn't appealing. Missed watching Kwan, she used to be one of my favorites. As for Om, the last lakorn I saw of his was Bundai Dok Rak I think, or was it Tawee Pope, whatever.

When a ch7 lakorn is 16 episodes long, you really don't want to nitpick anything too much because it's such a rarity. Sure Rach was kind of a d**k but I think I was too in love with Om himself to really care too much. I'm not going to call him out on sleeping with Chidchamai either, Rach is a dude, no dude is going to spend his entire life without sex even though he has someone he truly loved. Let's be realistic here, love is love but nature is also nature. I believe that he truly did love Laor but he really had no access to her. One, he didn't want to see his mother or stepfather, two, kind of defeats the purpose of his revenge, three, Laor will definitely try to talk him out of it. Therefore he was lonely, Chalinee was accessible to him and he fell in love or maybe it was just to fix the void in his heart.

At times I kind of wanted to strangle Laor because she wouldn't stay put. P'ek getting shot two times in order to save n'ek is a bit much especially since she could have prevented it. Then again it lead to cute filler scenes with p'ek and n'ek getting some sweet time. Other than that, I liked Laor, she didn't become a frustrating n'ek who gets mad at p'ek for hiding the truth from her even though she already knew (those n'eks are the worst). Laor seemed to love Pak the whole entire lakorn despite everything.

Pakorn, as much of a d-bag he is, he truly loved Seepai. Even though initally it was a fling that had no future, he really fell in love with her sweet nature and dedication to him. The fact that he never really left Seepai, even though she was just a backup at one point and taking responsibility for her made him forgivable.

Khun Kawee, I guess the biggest hole here is him being so fast to accept Pak. All these years he has nothing but hate and prejudice towards him and all of a sudden after going to the temple for a short period of time (not to meditate but just to live there) and he was quick to loving Pak. I guess seeing peace with his own eyes might have changed him but I would have at least liked to see a struggle to accept Pak and eventually Pak's inner goodness might have changed him.

Ultimately I wonder what truly changed Pak, was it his uncle's forgiveness note, losing Laor, or his mother's condition, because it all seemed very rapid for Pak to become such a giving person after all that pent-up grudging. Despite the plot holes, I enjoyed watching Om and Kwan together. They had such great chemistry that I actually wanted to watch Jao Sao Salatan but it's a 22 episode lakorn and I don't have the time to watch all that dragging. Om has great charisma onscreen and he's really attractive here, love the scene where he holds the guns (so heroic!) however he needs to work out, dude has no muscles at all.  Saranyu's a pretty good director, love the way this was filmed, I'm tempted to watch the Sam and Mam lakorn he directed but that one looks so depressing.

I really truly loved this lakorn. Right after finishing it, I was in withdrawal mood and I was SO tempted to watch Jao Sao Salatan afterwards since I couldn't get enough of Om and Kwan. If you don't mind plot holes here and there and a p'ek who has some issues making decisions regarding the n'ek, I say go for it. The chemistry between Om and Kwan will definitely keep you motivated.

I was going to watch this because the story looked interesting, but it doesn't seem to be everyone's favorite here. HEHE. Oh well it's cool...bouncing out.

Found out her name! Her name is Pympan Chalayanacupt and she's a singer! Well maybe not professionally, but she sings quite heart touchingly when she sings traditionally. I wonder how old she is...?

I'll be happy if someone enlightens me I've just finished the lakorn, they got both shoot, and after that scene it jumps to the scene he's giving her the ring his father prepared for his ma, so are they both death? or what?

This isn't the first time where Thai script writer throws timeline/sequence in the gutter. This, as mentioned by almost everyone, is so flawed I can't even describe how I feel about it. I'm still gonna finish it because it is rare for a lakorn to get completely subbed.

Chemistry is there though. I have so much shit to say about this shitty lakorn that I will end up with a 52 page research paper. Pray for me, I have 7 more episode to go. Everyone here is dumb... the only sane person would be the uncle. Yes the uncle and we are all supposed to hate the guy because he mistreated our pra ek but I still like the uncle more than anyone else at this point.

Aunt is retarded. I rolled my eyes so hard when she told Orw to be chummy with Pakorn. I'm like lady dude weren't you put up with the same situation. Why you gonna make her miserable like you is. Shouldn't she have empathized Orw?

I don't know why Rad/Pak being a little whiny biatch and throwing Orw under the bus for dammit what God knows for. She was basically one of the peeps who was nice to him.

Orw's friend, obsessive itch. The brother is also one too. Dude why force other peoples feeling!

For God damn sake Orw doesnt even say shit either. Open your damn mouth! And can't she empathize with Rad. He was treated far less than a servant. She saw it with her own eyes. Let the man be angry.

Pakorn... he was annoying but I can't believe I'm gonna say this, he was at least tolerable from.everyone else.

Don't get me started with Seeplai. That woman... is a disgrace to all women. Have some dignity. Love is great but to lower yourself for a man is just OMG I wanted to slap some sense into her.
