My gf said not to get her anything, but I'm not sure if that's some kind of womanese. :scratchhead2: She knows I'm not fond of picking out presents. Regardless, I want to at least get her flowers. Would you guys please help me out in picking something for her? Thanks in advance.

what kind of event is it for? if it's for v-day.. then i'll say either 4, 6, or 8.. to match the colors.. ^_^.. but in my case, i really love number 6.. love the flowers and colors.. but number 3's simpleness is really pretty as well..

I absolutely love #7! There's pink for love, yellow for happiness, and white for genuine feelings. But it depends I guess on what color of flowers your girlfriend likes and if she's allergic to any of them too. Nothing like buying your girlfriend flowers only to find that it causes her discomfort right? Lol.

Thanks people! No conclusive winner out of the bunch, but it was narrowed down to 4. So I just wrote the numbers on pieces of paper, folded them up, tossed and picked one. I hope she likes. :)

Oh and yeah, it's for Vday.

Not to be rude or anything, and please forgive me if it sounds rude, but if is for a 'girlfriend" and especially on Valentine's day; these type of mix flower arrangements is not the right gift to give to your girlfriend. But is nice for your mother, a co-worker, friends etc. If is different occasion beside Valentine's it will be wonderful though. :) UNLESS you knows for sure that she like mix flower arrangement.
If you still wanted to go with mix flower arrangements like those in the pictures above, instead of having vase arrangement, ask for it to be arranged in a bouquet style, similar to a wedding bouquet, but with longer stems. Also use a nice Valentine's theme ribbon and lots of wide-wire and paper ribbons. And if you still wanted the vase arrangement, have them wrap the vase separately with pretty gift wrapping paper so it looks like you have giving her two gifts instead of one. It'll also shows that you're thoughtful enough to think of getting her vase for her bouquet. ^_^
Be simply and thoughtful, not just pick out anything that is pre-arranged or from the shop catalog.
If you don't want to spend too much money you'll be better off with half a dozen of roses arrangement or just few stems of her favorite-favorite flower or just a small vase arrangement with 3 roses with a nice card and a nice sweet treats will make her happier.
But is all up to you, is a thought that count so good luck. ^_^
